Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, we’ll work quickly to resolve it. Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns page.
When We Issue Refunds
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: eligible for a refund or replacement if reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Non-defective items: refunds may be approved case-by-case when items are unused, in original packaging, and returned within the stated window.
Timeline
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Items not in original condition or returned beyond the stated window.
